Golden Hour (Week 20 of my 2026 painting challenge)

Golden Hour is my 20th original painting of 2026. It captures the stillness and warmth of the countryside as evening light settles over rural Ireland. Soft pink skies melt into rolling fields while a small flock of sheep wander quietly through the fading glow.

Painted with rich texture and atmospheric colour, this semi-abstract piece blends landscape and emotion - a gentle reminder of slow evenings, open spaces, and the calm that comes with the close of day.
