However, if for any reason you’d like to return your order, please get in touch to arrange the return process.

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Please ensure items are packaged securely, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during the return journey.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a suitable resolution. Please note: Béarla & Brush reserves the right to refuse a refund if returned items do not meet the conditions outlined above or are returned in an unsellable condition.
